About KDSAS
The KD Deprived & Disadvantaged Student Appreciation Scholarship (KDSAS) is KHQC's flagship social welfare initiative designed to support academically talented students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. We believe that every child deserves access to quality education, regardless of their family's financial circumstances.
Eligibility Criteria
Academic Requirements
- •Currently enrolled in Classes 6 to 12
- •Minimum 60% marks in previous academic year
- •Must participate in KHQC competition
- •Good conduct and attendance record
Economic Requirements
- •Annual family income less than ₹2,50,000
- •Income certificate from competent authority required
- •Preference to BPL card holders
- •Documentation of financial hardship

Application Process
Register & Participate
Complete KHQC registration and participate in the quiz competition. Your performance will be considered alongside your financial need.
Submit Application
After the competition, submit your KDSAS application form with all required documents through our online portal or physical submission.
Document Verification
Our scholarship committee verifies all submitted documents for authenticity and completeness. This process typically takes 2-3 weeks.
Selection & Announcement
Scholarship recipients are selected based on merit, financial need, and document verification. Results are announced on our website.
Fund Disbursement
Approved scholarship amounts are directly transferred to the beneficiary's bank account within 30 days of selection.
